What's One Thing You Wish People Talked About More? (Thread)

At vagigi®, we're all about creating a space where women can feel safe, seen, and supported. There are so many experiences we carry — in our bodies, our hearts, our wombs — that rarely get spoken aloud. So today, let’s start a powerful conversation.

What’s one thing you wish people talked about more openly?

It could be something personal, hormonal, emotional, spiritual, sexual, or anything else you’ve ever felt alone in. Share it below — no shame, no filters, just truth. You never know who needs to read your words today.

Let’s make the comment section a place of real talk, healing, and sisterhood.
(Feel free to comment anonymously if that feels safer.)

I wish more people talked about how much unprocessed childhood trauma lives in our womb space. How it shows up as PMDD, cysts, mood swings, cravings, and self-abandonment… not just ‘hormones.’ So many of us are carrying pain that isn’t even ours. But we feel it — monthly, daily, in our cycles, in our hearts. And we’re told to just deal with it.
Not many tools are available for us… at least, not the ones that truly understand the depth of what we’re going through.
